Head Coach Dan Wade leads the Lakeshore Lightning. He's put together a coaching team focused on development of hockey skills while having a great time on the ice.

Head Coach Dan Wade leads the Lightning into their 12th historic season to new heights with the largest team we’ve ever rostered of 41 athletes. He’s a believer of developing the entire team, Varsity and Junior Varsity players, for future success. He is also a believer in fostering young women coaches to lead for the future of our program. Coming off of a record-breaking 2024-25 season, Coach Dan is excited for what girls can accomplish this year in 2025.

Coach Wade's experience goes back over 25 years, coaching at various levels from the youth program at Ozaukee Youth Hockey Association to the Grafton & Port Washington Boys Co-Op Hockey Team the Ice Hawks before taking the helm with the Lightning in 2024.
