The purchase and devleopment of publicly owned land located 234 W. Rand Road (Illinois Route 120). The site is a corner lot that offers a unique opportunity to create an innovative, multi-story, mixed use style development within the Village's Town Center district.

Sullivan Lake/Four Seasons Blvd Roadway Project

Phase I/II engineering, preliminary and design, covering the improvement of Sullivan Lake Boulevard/Four Seasons Boulevard between Illinois Route 120 and Sullivan Lake Road. The Phase I/II Engineering contract is intended to develop a plan to reconstruct/rehabilitate Four Seasons Boulevard, resurface Sullivan Lake Boulevard, construct a dedicated right turn lane from westbound Illinois Route 120 to northbound Sullivan Lake Boulevard, extend bike path along Four Seasons Boulevard to Sullivan Lake Road. The Phase I/II Engineering Preliminary/Design will meet all Federal Phase I and Phase II requirements and the Consultant will provide services to aid the Village through the STP application and funding process with the Illinois Department of Transportation and McHenry County Council of Mayors.
