Please be advised that the public hearing on the zoning petition filed by Lakemoor Materials, LLC for: i) Conditional Use for surface extraction and mineral processing; ii) Conditional Use for concrete redi-mix; iii) Conditional Use for CCDD/USFO/Fill Operation for property located 1205 W. Illinois Route 120, Lakemoor, Illinois, will be held before the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Village of Lakemoor on January 21, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. Public notice of this hearing has previously been completed via certified letters, publication and posting. This supplemental notice is being provided to inform all members of the public that due to written requests and concerns over COVID-19 from residents, the current Executive Orders of the Governor of Illinois, and the occupancy restrictions which are currently in place, ALL PUBLIC ATTENDANCE AT THE HEARING SHALL TAKE PLACE VIA REMOTE VIDEO CONFERENCE OR BY TELEPHONE.
