Rising STAR Transition Center

Rising STAR Transition is a place for students with disabilities that is a specialized program designed to support individuals as they move from school to post-school activities, including employment, further education, and independent living. Rising STAR provides various services, such as vocational training, life skills development, job coaching, and assistance with college applications. We aim to empower students by tailoring programs to meet their unique needs, fostering self-advocacy, and facilitating connections with community resources and employers to ensure a successful transition into adulthood.

We are located at 311 Elm Street, Woodruff WI. Rising STAR consists of two sensory rooms, three classrooms, a mock apartment and many different work places for students of all abilities.
