This course is aligned with the WTCS Course Competencies and is considered a Dual Credit “Transcripted Credit” course. In other words, students have the opportunity to enroll with Nicolet College concurrently in order to have their overall grade reflected not only on LUHS transcript but also on a Nicolet College transcript.
Prerequisites: Biology, Chemistry and “B” overall average in high school science classes or consent of instructor.
LUHS Course Description:
“A study of structure and function of the human body. Emphasis will be placed on physiology. The course is geared towards students interested in pursuing a career in a health related field. Laboratory exercises include dissections, which are a required component of the course.”
