This course is designed to allow students who have an interest in film and video production as well as visual effects, animation, and audio engineering to use the studio equipment that is available within the school system to film, edit, and produce videos, films, and commercials.  Students will also learn how to produce a "live" event. 

Students will learn how to set-up and operate the equipment necessary for studio and remote video productions, how to effectively shoot such productions, and how to handle post-production work, including non-linear editing.

Students will learn to develop a program concept (pre-production) and then nurture it through production, post-production, and eventual broadcast.  

Students will be expected to work with administration, teachers, students, and members of the community in a cooperative and collaborative manner.
