Marketing is always changing and evolving. But some principles guide every bit of marketing we encounter every day. Marketing 1 will introduce you to the principles of marketing. Marketing II will continue to present the principles, introduce design and copywriting principles, digital marketing, practical applications in event planning, and developing a marketing plan. As a high school student in 2025, you have already experienced more marketing than anyone in generations before you. You are more knowledgeable than you may realize. Let's look at the basic principles and science behind what makes us behave in the ways we do as consumers and how this knowledge can help you in the future.
Both Marketing I and II are transcripted credit courses through Nicolet College. Marketing I earns two college credits and is aligned with Nicolet's Marketing Fundamentals. Marketing II earns one college credit and is aligned with Nicolet's Marketing Plan Development.
