Mrs. King became the middle school director at Lakeland Middle Prep in 2025, directing The Wizard of Oz. She started her career on stage as a theatre kid, performing in public and community theatre. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre from Columbia College Chicago and has directed junior musicals, including Trolls World Tour, Descendants 3, and Encanto, in San Diego. She is blessed to continue her love for the arts and storytelling by teaching 8th grade ELA and Theatre II at Lakeland Middle Prep. She looks forward to growing LMP’s theatre department and nurturing creativity in today’s youth. Mrs. King’s list of favorite musicals includes Chicago, The Lion King, The Wiz, and Wicked.

Ms. Ward has been LMPTC's Assistant Director since 2023. Ms. Ward discovered her love of musicals at a young age through Rodgers and Hammerstein VHSs and in college she found her place backstage and continues to love all things planning and organizing. Her favorite musical is Come from Away and her dream role is Ado Annie. 

As of 2026, Ms. Woelke serves as the Music Director for LMPTC. She participated in all her school productions in grades 2–8 and, through musical theatre, found her love for singing. She became a dedicated choir kid while always maintaining an appreciation for live theatre. Her favorite production she's performed in is The Lion King, and her favorite show she's seen is Hamilton.
