Below is a list of national, regional, state and local scholarships. Applications are available online, in College and Career Advisor office, and/or College and Career wall across from MADD Coffee.

Apply early and pay attention to items needed with your application such as transcripts or reference letters. Please see Mrs. Rostege, the registrar in the main office for any transcript requests. For more information regarding scholarships please refer to the Federal Student Aid website below.

Scholarships:
Dr. George J. Thompson Memorial Scholarship: The mission of the Verbal Judo Institute is to create a S.A.F.E.R. Badge Copyright outline world by delivering practical and easy to learn strategies which empower people to effectively de-escalation conflict and potential violence. The intent of these two five-hundred-dollar scholarships are to identify students who have an interest in using the right words, at the right time, in the right way to deflect conflict and generate voluntary compliance, cooperation, and collaboration. We believe these skills are essential to academic and personal success. Applications open on September 8, 2023, and close on March 29, 2024.

CollegeBoard: CollegeBoard has a list of scholarships that are open throughout the country. These scholarships have different due dates. If you apply let me know which one you applied for. If you are awarded a scholarship please let me know.
