Meet the Teacher

I received my Bachelors Degree from Monmouth University in May 2003, a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Georgian Court University in May 2010, and a Reading Specialist Certification from Georgian Court University in December 2023. After graduating from Monmouth University I moved to San Diego, California and taught and coached lacrosse on the island of Coronado. After living there for three years I moved back to my home state during the 2006 summer and have been teaching at Lakehurst Elementary School ever since.

Other than teaching, I love playing with and raising my two children, Harry and Jolene, reading books, spending time on the beach and shopping. I look forward to each and every year I teach because I know I'll always learn new things from my students. I love to come to work every day!!
