Meet Ms. Wieme

Hi! Welcome to my preschool page! My name is Kristen Wieme and I'm so excited to be your child's preschool teacher for the 2025-2026  school year! I graduated from Rowan University and have my bachelors degree in Communications/Writing Arts, and I also have my Early Childhood teaching degree from New Jersey City University. I have been teaching preschool for over 15 years and am very thankful and proud to be part of the Lakehurst family for my 9th year! I'm very excited to be taking this journey along with your child! 

I'm the mom of two very, kind, loving, athletic and amazing 16 year old twin boys! When I'm not in the classroom I enjoy going on adventures with them, going to the beach, loving sea turtles, being a Disney fanatic (Stitch is my favorite Disney character), reading, cheering for the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies, playing volleyball when I can, hanging with our American Bulldog Thor and drinking copious amounts of coffee! I'm also a die hard Swiftie! <3
