Notebook / OUtreach
To design our Engineering Notebook and Portfolio, we use Google Docs. This allows everyone to collaborate on it and allows relative artistic freedom. This guide from FIRST (click on "Notebook / Portfolio") is very useful for creating your Notebook / Portfolio. It also includes information about the awards which can be very useful when deciding what information goes in the Portfolio.
To make most of our social media posts and many of our graphics in the Notebook and Portfolio, we use Canva (click on "Canva For Socials"). Canva is a design and graphics website and you can get a basic version for free! It has a wealth of templates, fonts, pictures, and graphics to choose from.
