Please print and fill out the contract to the left. Mail or drop it off at the school with a check made out to UHS by January 15, 2023. You can either send with it a printed version of your advertisement or email (preferred) it to sawickij@lake.k12.fl.us. Please put the name of the business and Yearbook Ad in the subject line.
