Common Cartridge (for possible future use)™

• Included with all textbook purchases.

• Thin Common Cartridge is also acceptable.

Online Digital Platform (Current Requirement)

• Single Sign On

  • Compatible with Single Sign-on (SSO) via SAML, LTI, or Oauth for use with our Classlink Portal or a SSO platform of our choosing.

  • The publisher provides documentation, support, and assistance for SSO integration.

• Rostering

  • Must be compatible with automated student rostering using either the IMS GLOBAL OneRoster™ Bulk CSV format, Clever.com, or an IT approved alternate method.

  • Provide the ability for automatic roster updates on a daily schedule without user intervention.

  • The publisher provides documentation, support, and assistance for roster automation.

• Platform Compatibility

  • Compatible with Chromebook devices.

  • Compatible with Windows PC devices.

  • Compatible with IOS/Android device technology.

  • Platform should not contain Flash and or Shockwave technologies.

  • Platform should be coded using HTML 5 or similar platform agnostic standard.

• Offline Copy

  • Publisher is required to provide an offline copy of the digital text that does not include any Digital Rights Management that requires connectivity.  An offline copy must be provided for every digital copy.

    • Non-text navigation elements (buttons, icons, etc.) can be adjusted in size

    • All navigation elements and menu items have keyboard shortcuts

    • All navigation information can be sent to refreshable Braille displays

  • Study Tools

    • Highlighter available in the 4 standard colors (yellow, rose, green, blue)

    • Highlighted text can be automatically extracted into another document

    • Note taking tools are available for students to write ideas online as they are processing content

    • Resizable digital calculators are available in all math materials
