My name is Sediqa Nazari and I started teaching in Westminster District back in 2012. I became part of La Habra City School District family in 2015. This year I am going into my sixth year of teaching math at Imperial. I LOVE teaching at Imperial because of the kind students and the wonderful staff I get to work with everyday.

All of my education was completed at the University of California of Irvine (UCI). In 2010, I completed my Bachelor's degree in Mathematics with a specialization in Education. I earned my Single-Subject Credential in Mathematics in 2011. I also have a Masters in Education.

I grew up in three different countries and speak three different languages fluently. I also know a little bit of French and I am currently learning Spanish.

My hobbies involve playing with my dogs and taking them for a walk, dancing, listening to music, traveling, watching movies, working out, cleaning, going to the beach, solving math problems (ha!), and spending time with my family.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE math!

Mi nombre es Sediqa Nazari. Comencé a enseñar en el Distrito de Westminster en 2012. Me convierti parte de la familia del Distrito Escolar de la Ciudad de La Habra en 2015. Este año voy a empezar mi sexto año de enseñanza de matemáticas en Imperial. ME ENCANTA enseñar en Imperial por la amabilidad de los estudiantes y el maravilloso personal con el que trabajo todos los días.

Toda mi educación la complete en la Universidad de California de Irvine (UCI). Terminé mi licenciatura en Matemáticas con especialización en Educación en 2010. Obtuve mi Credencial de Materia Única en Matemáticas en 2011. También tengo una Maestría en Educación.

Crecí en tres países diferentes y hablo tres idiomas con fluidez, tambien hablo un poco de francés y actualmente estoy aprendiendo español.

Mis pasatiempos son jugar con mis perros, llevarlos a pasear, bailar, escuchar música, viajar, ver películas, hacer ejercicio, limpiar, ir a la playa, resolver problemas de matemáticas (jaja!) y pasar tiempo con mi familia.
