I am Csilla Koppany and I am an 8th grade science teacher at Imperial Middle School. I am passionate about project based teaching and inquiry based teaching. I just love the 8th grade year. It is filled so much fun and wonder. I love taking this journey with them. We do so much in this year. We have so many great events, such as the floatation contest, the cosmetics convention, the mission to mars and the rollercoaster showcase. This year is the year we get to go the ocean Institute over night. We have so many amazing adventures that await us. I cannot wait to get started. Hope you are ready! Besides my love for my school and students, I am passionate about mental health for our youth. I serve on the board of directors as Vice President for Western Youth Services. It is a non-profit mental health care agency here is Orange County. I dedicate my time to the well being of the mind and soul of our adolescent youth. A healthy mind yields to a healthy life.
