Hello!
Hello!
Hi,
Hi,
My name is Linda Marsden. This is my thirty-fourth year teaching at Lafayette Elementary School. I've always taught second or third grade and that is my favorite age to teach.

I live in Martinez with my husband, Michael, who is a hydrogeologist. We have two daughters, Emily & Tessa, who went through Lafayette schools and are now college graduates out in the real world with husbands and lives. We have a labradoodle, Abbie, who is our substitute for our empty nest!

When we aren't working, we enjoy fly fishing. It's impossible to be stressed when you're concentrating on catching that next big trout and you're in a beautiful location. Sometimes it's hard to keep Abbie from "fouling the hole", however, as she loves to swim in the river!

I am looking forward to partnering with you in your child's education. We are going to have a great year that we all will remember forever!
