Meetings are led by NAMI-trained individuals who are in recovery themselves. They understand your daily challenges and can offer encouragement and support. Registration is not required at this time. You will find a welcoming environment to express your feelings and concerns. The group is confidential, and you can share as much or as little personal information as you wish.
