Hendrickson Lab members will perform a Staged Reading of Copenhagen by Michael Frayn. The play Copenhagen engages the audience in the ethics of harnessing emerging science and technologies. The play, based on a meeting between physicists Neils Bohr and Werner Heisenberg in Copenhagen in 1941, offers an engaging and thoughtful exploration of a pivotal moment in the history of science.

A workshop on solving real-world problems using Qiskit will be provided so that the students can not only discuss Quantum technology but also actively participate by learning to use and apply the technology. The workshop will be hosted by a group of Lafayette students organizing the event and two graduate students from Yale University, Delmar Cabral and Chuzhi Xu. By the end of the workshop, the participants will have gained introductory knowledge on how to use and apply the Qiskit platform.
