What does it mean to "Be a Lady, Be a Warrior, Be Strong?"
Hi,
My name is Rachel Dailey and I started #Lady Warriors United LLC in 2019 prior to the Covid Pandemic. At the time, I just loved working out, being fit, and motivating people.
Over the past few years, I have learned a lot about the different types of strengths that we, ladies, have to equip ourselves with in order to cope with day to day life, roles, expectations, etc.
To be a Lady...
We need to put ourselves out there in the public eye. We need to show kindness, respect, and be a leader for our families, communities, and upcoming youth.
To be a Warrior...
We need to be disciplined, confident, and courageous. At times it means speaking up and sharing "Your Story" which may lead to uneasy discussions about sensitive topics happening in the world.
To be Strong...
We need to be physically, emotionally, spiritually, and mentally strong in all aspects of our life in order to make a difference in this world. This is a challenge and sometimes you may even feel alone.
My dream is to help pass along a little kindness, love, and peace on the way, while having fun motivating, encouraging, and helping to empower those around us in 0ur day to day lives.
Want you join me today? Let's see what we can do ladies!
"Be a Lady, Be a Warrior, Be Strong!"
#Lady Warriors United LLC
With love,
Rachel
