FOOTBALL
This is an LAC Intra school football competition. Open to all HS Students (Y9-13), open to any skill level.
Game Structure:Each match played by 2 teams 11a-side.Each team composed of 3 groups.Each groups with at least 4 players (at least 1 Female and max 2 Sr boys)Open to all players from Year 9 to 1312 Minute Quarter (2min quarter and 5min halftime breaks)*Open to non-LAC Students, if you know someone (1 per team)
Uniform:Yellow Bibs (or wear any Yellow Tops)Blue Bibs (or wear any Blue Tops)Shin Pads
Time and Location: 3:30pm at LAC FieldKick off at 3:45pm, Finish at 4:45pm
Cost: $20 per student
Points System: Each group will gain the goal points and will be accumulated till the end of the season to determine the winner.

SWIMMING
Swimming Group is a group of LAC Students going to Lido for a swim in the 25m lanes indoor pools. This is an exercise group. This is not a school competition, this is not a class. There maybe some minimal teaching/coaching. Open to any LAC Students Y7-Y13.
When: Thursdays at 7am starting 01 Jun 2023Where: Lido Aquatic Center (near Esplanade)
Dates: Term 2: Weeks 6-10 (4-5 wks)Term 3: Weeks 1-2, 4-5, 7-8, 10 (7 wks)Term 4: TBC
Cost: Term 2: $35Term 3: $50
Transportation:Transpo available from LAC to Lido. Pick up may be available if you are living in Awapuni Area

- Swimming Goggles (We may have some available to borrow)

- Swimming cap - recommended
- Transpo to School from Lido is available. Bring your school uniforms and bags at Lido if you are going straight to LAC from Lido.
- Packed Breakfast (ie. Up&Go + Muesli Bars + Fruits)
Schedule:Night before: Pack your School Bag, Uniform, Swimming Essentials 6:50am - LAC to Lido7:00am - Arrive at Lido7:45am - Start Showering and Changing8:00am - Lido to LAC8:15am - Arrive at LAC, Breakfast (Unsupervised)8:45am - Rollmark
