SMART Goals

Smart Goals/ Strand Evidence

Each year, you must set your professional learning and student learning smart goals as well as collect evidence to support achievement in professional skills.

By October 3rd, SMART Goals should be completed (process below)
**For therapists working years 1-3 only** By January 15th, please send (or share in drive) mid-year evidence showing progress towards achieving smart goals.
By June 12th, please complete the End of Year Summary Sheet and share with the Department Head in google drive or print/organize evidence for them to pick up.

SMART Goal Ideas

1. Think of Goals

Make your goals applicable to what you are already going to do

this school year; see the goal bank for examples!

2. Fill out sheet

Write in your goals and share the sheet with the Department

Head for approval.

3. Add to Teachpoint

Add to Teachpoint and sign; Department Head will sign off on.

To add:

- - Click ‘new’
  - Click ‘Evaluation Forms’
  - Click ‘Teacher Goals and Plan (Alt 2)
  - Complete the form with approved SMART Goals and sign; let me know when completed and I will sign it.
