LDOE offices will be closed on Friday, April 3rd and will reopen on Monday, April 6th.

LDOE now requires all Superintendent changes to be indicated through a Jotform submission which will trigger the appropriate changes in all data systems. Security Coordinators may submit the Jotform request with an immediately-effective date or with a future-effective date.
Please Note: Superintendent/Chief Administrator Attestations for Type 1, 3 and 3B charter schools must be submitted through their authorizing local school district. LDOE cannot grant access to our data systems until the district confirms the change.

The Feb 1 MFP Snapshot has been captured on 2/12/2026. The EdLink360 Feb 1 MFP Statement of Attestation & eSER Feb 1 MFP Child Count Statement of Attestation forms are now available. The deadline for completion will be on 2/27/26. Please note that your district's superintendent/chief administrator's approval is required before the form is considered complete.

The Oct 1 CLASS Snapshot has been captured on 1/15/2026. The Oct 1 CLASS Statement of Attestation form is now open. The deadline for completion will be on 1/30/26. Please note that your district's superintendent/chief administrator's approval is required before the form is considered complete.

Scheduled Maintenance Notice:
eScholar applications (Student ID, Direct Match and Staff ID) will be down for a scheduled maintenance on Monday, December 29, from 1:00 am – 8:30 am. During this time, applications will not be available for users and may experience some delays with Edlink Security.

The Dropout Corrections Module is now displaying data. You may need to clear your cache before it will populate. The deadline for Dropout Corrections submissions has been extended until 5:00pm 12/19/2025.

STS is now open for 2025-2026. The last day to submit data for BSSY 2025 will be on 9/1/26.

We are aware of an issue currently affecting the display of data in the Dropout Corrections module and are actively investigating the cause and resolution. We will make an announcement whenever a fix is implemented or further updates are available.

Economically Disadvantaged and Foster counts are now correctly populating in EdLink 360.

Submissions for the 2025-2026 Oct 1 MFP and Oct 1 IDEA Statements of Attestation are now open. Statements of Attestation will be due and closed two weeks following the snapshot of a collection. After initial submission, the superintendent on record will be required to approve the form before it is considered completed.
The 2025-2026 Oct 1 MFP and Oct 1 IDEA will be due November 21, 2025 to give additional time to accommodate this change.

Personnel Table 2 Final Run (Count date as of October 1): Deadline for verifying Special Education teachers and Related Service providers are identified in EdLink to ensure they are reflected on the SER Personnel Report.
