Due to a one day delay in the eScholar rollover sync, the EOY Staff & Mentor/Resident collections will be extended by one day with the snapshot now taking place on Friday, 8/7/26. The last day to submit files for these collections is Thursday, 8/6/26 by 5:00 PM.

eScholar Staff ID application is rolled over to ESSY 2027. Staff who need access to LDOE data systems (such as Edlink 360, eSER, LEP, Edlink Ops etc) need to be updated in eScholar staff ID for ESSY 2027. Please visit the eScholar Support Page for more information.

Data Systems Support will begin accepting Critical Support appointments for the EdLink 360 Staff End-Of-Year Collection beginning on Thursday, July 16th until Thursday, August 6th.

These 1:1 meetings support EdLink 360 Staff data issues that were not resolved through previous efforts. These meetings will only address critical issues related to EdLink 360 Staff data submissions.

The EdLink 360 Students - Student EOY Statement of Attestation is now available and will close at EOD on July 24, 2026. Please submit a request to report any issues completing the form or if the Superintendent/Chief Administrator information is not correctly populating. Superintendent/Chief Administrator approval is required before the SOA is considered complete.

During these webinars, we will cover:

• Accessing EdLink 360

• EdLink 360 Dashboard Overview

• EdLink 360 System Collection Overview

• Introduction to other key systems (e.g., eSER, SPS, eScholar, LEP/LES, VAM)

• Available support channels

• Additional resources

The Roster Verification window has been extended until Friday, June 12, 2026.  This extension is enabled for student removals and verification of rosters that were already loaded into LEP at the original deadline.  EdLink 360 will not refresh rosters overnight; no new data will be loaded into the rosters.  Please refer to the roster verification user guide for instructions related to student removals and the verification of rosters.

eScholar applications (Student ID, Direct Match and Staff ID) will be down for a scheduled maintenance on Tuesday, May 26, from 1:00 am – 8:00 am. During this time, applications will not be available for users and may experience some delays with EdLink Security. If you need assistance once service is restored, please contact the eScholar support team.
