KYUDO ASSOCIATION OF CANADA -  VANCOUVER

The Vancouver Kyudo Club is a BC not-for-profit society founded in 2003 and is a member of the Kyudo Association of Canada and the International Kyudo Federation, and primarily practices the ANKF/IKYF Kyudo form.   

Through the generous help of the Vancouver Japanese Language School, the Vancouver Kyudo Club is one of the only places in Canada where kyudo can be practiced at the full 28 meter distance. The dojo also has makiwara (close range) targets, gomuyumi (practice rubber bows), yumi (bows) and ya (arrows) available for members.

VISITORS WITH NO PRIOR KYUDO EXPERIENCE: completion of the Kyudo Intro course is mandatory prior to participation in regular practice. For more information, please click here.
