Application Page for KU Zoom License

Kyoto University made an engagement of a Zoom license contract for educational institutions. The aim of this website is to grant a license to an All Kyoto University e-mail addresses which include “@st.kyoto-u.ac.jp” or “@kyoto-u.ac.jp”. Faculty and staff can apply for a license.

The following functions are available with the Zoom Kyoto University license.

• Meetings for up to 300 people.

• Cloud recording function available

• Available until the end of March, 2022

If you have an individual paid contract using a Kyoto University e-mail address or if you are the owner of a contract with multiple licenses, please change the registered e-mail address on the Zoom service in advance to an e-mail address other than All Kyoto University e-mail address. This is a measure to avoid contract conflicts.
