研究テーマ「恒星天文学」 コンパクト天体(ブラックホール、中性子星、白色矮星)や主系列恒星(太陽型星、M型星、近接連星)を含む様々なタイプの恒星の活動現象を、可視光・赤外線を中心に多波長・多モード観測をもとに研究しています。キーワードは激変星、X線連星、恒星フレア、国際変光星観測ネットワーク(VSNET)、光赤外線大学間連携(OISTER)、せいめい望遠鏡など。
