Submission Guidelines
Submissions must be written in English, Springer’s Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence (LNAI) camera-ready style template; see the Springer’s author instructions page for details, formatted in PDF, and all papers must be submitted via EasyChair, EasyChair Submission Link (Open)!
We cannot accept submissions by e-mail. Authors will receive confirmation of receipt of their abstracts or papers, including an ID number, shortly after submission.
The DemocrAI 2023 workshop offers three types of submissions:
Regular papers: 4-6 pages long, including the references.
Short papers: 2-4 pages long, including the references.
Extended abstracts: 1-2 pages long, including the references.
The workshop welcomes submissions of original research relevant to the workshop topics. At least two reviewers from our PC members will review all submitted papers through a single-blind peer-review process. The acceptance standards include its technical soundness, novelty, impact, and readability.
Proceedings
DemocrAI 2023 (winter) does not publish proceedings. However, we plan to post a “book of abstracts” on the workshop website available to all registered participants.
Note
Paper submission acknowledges that the author(s) will register for and attend the PRICAI 2023 conference and personally present the accepted paper at the time specified in the workshop program.
