Dec. 2-6, 2024 in Kyoto
About this workshop
This CREST-EPiQS international workshop follows the “Pan-Pacific Conference on Topology and Correlation in Exotic Materials” held at Gump Station in French Polynesia last year. This time, we happily welcome our US and Japanese colleagues to historic SODOH Higashiyama Kyoto which provides a serene and relaxed atomosphere for participants to discuss issues on “Current status and future prospects of topological quantum phenomena in and out of equilibrium”.
Date
December 02 (Mon) - 06 (Fri), 2024

Excursion & dinner
Excursion followed by the conference dinner is scheduled in the afternoon of Dec. 4 (Wed). Enjoy communications among the participants while visiting selected places ”deep into Kyoto". The dinner will be at an authentic Kyoto (“Kaiseki”) cuisine restaurant. Accompanying persons are welcome to join. (The fee is expected to be about 13,000JPY depending on the number of participants.)
Nanzenji Garden restaurant Yachiyo
Excursion involves walking on uneven ground. Please wear comfortable shoes.
Lunch before the excursion:
