Step Two: Complete the Kindergarten Enrollment Forms before your scheduled appointment and bring them with you. Arriving with the printed and filled-out forms will help ensure your visit is quick and efficient. If you cannot print the forms, copies are available for pickup at the school or the KVSC administration building.
