You can donate blood if you’re between 18 to 65 years. However, if you're donating for the first time after age 60, consult a doctor at the blood center.
Yes, your weight must be at least 45 kg.
You need a hemoglobin level of 12.5 gm/dl or above.
Men: Every 3 months
Women: Every 4 months
Eat something within 4 hours before donating.
Sleep at least 6 hours the previous night.
Avoid smoking 4 hours before.
Do not consume alcohol for 24 hours before.
Avoid tight-sleeved clothing.
Avoid donation if you’ve had tattooing or body piercing in the last 12 months.
Drink more fluids (water, fruit juice) in the next 4 hours.
Avoid smoking for 30 minutes.
Avoid alcohol for 24 hours.
Do not stand in direct sunlight too long.
Avoid heavy workouts or strenuous activity for the day.
If there's bleeding, raise your arm and press the site.
Remove the bandage after 5–6 hours.
If you feel dizzy, lie down or sit with your head between your knees.

We started in 2009 with a thought to help the neighborhood by volunteering in a blood camp, and have now grown with a passion to give back to society by making sure there in on insufficiency of blood.
With your support we hope to further expand and help out blood banks across the country and make them blood sufficient.

Keep blood bank stocked for high blood loss emergencies

Through its many humanitarian activities, the organization has made a significant contribution to the social, educational, and cultural sectors of mankind. Anyone can join us, regardless of caste, gender, or religion.
It welcomes volunteer of any caste or religion or without any other bias or without any gender or age related differentiation and takes everyone along, such is the "Kutch Yuvak Sangh" and it put them in the top and elite genre. All volunteers associated with the sangh work with full dedication, no selfish motive associated with, just fulfilling their responsibility towards society and shouldering the national responsibilities as well.
