As a certified BioSwing Dynamics Instructor, she help students find their OWN best swings. Swings that are unique to the student based on their individual needs are more efficient and repetitive, even during pressure situations. They are also less likely to invite injuries. Each student is provided effective drills for learning their best swings.
At first, We focus on developing fundamental skills. (Powered by New Horizons Golf Approach)
1) Fundamentals for Accuracy
2) Fundamentals for Power
3) Fundamentals for Good Feel
By using BioSwing Dynamics Screenings (Structural & Dynamic), Kuniko helps students find their own swing, a swing natural to their individual needs.
From the Structural Screenings, students will learn their ideal posture, grip, trail arm action, hinging style, impact linkage, swing anchor (pivoting point) and so on.
With Dynamic Screenings, students will learn how their body moves most naturally. For example, Horizontal vs Diagonal features, athletic sequence pattern, ground force pattern, foot flair, etc.
To help each student reach their goals, Kuniko provides effective drills and customized exercises designed specifically for each student.
Since both the Inner and Mental Games are important to playing good golf we will also address those influences throughout each lesson.
