A special attraction for students will be arranged by Panorama Science Centre, Kurukshetra, Dr. Jaswinder Singh and Dr. Anuradha like demonstrations of fun with science, a Mobile Science Exhibition and a science magic show.

Science Demonstrative Project/Model Exhibition

Provides a platform for the students to use their scientific knowledge and bring the best idea from their brains. It also allows students to work together ingroups and learn from each other. They share their ideas and collectively galvanize those ideas to bring something innovative into implementation. The participants from colleges, schools will present their models based upon Science and Technology. Exhibition will remain open for two days for all the students.

Guidelines for students for Science Demonstrative project/model Exhibition

Maximum 3-4 teams from one school

Team must consist of 2-3 three students from one school

Evaluation criteria will be based on Relevance to the theme/topic, Depth of explanation, Balance (Pictorial Vs Textual presentation, if any)

Topics for Science Demonstrative Project/Model Exhibition

Any science and technology related topics are allowed

Poster making for the students on the topic relevant to the theme of Science Conclave i.e. Amazing world of Science and Technology, engrave the visual thinking. Poster will be displayed for two days for all students.

Guidelines for students for On spot Poster Making

Single student entry (no team) for poster making

2-3 students are allowed to participate from each school

Evaluation criteria will be based on Relevance to the theme/topic, Depth of explanation, Balance (Pictorial Vs Textual presentation)

Time for poster making: 1.30h

Sheet will be provided by the host (Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra)

Coloring material needs to be brought by the participants

2. Biodiversity conservation for a sustainable environment

3. Mobile Addiction

4. Impact of junk / fast food on health

5. Plastics: Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle

6. Clean and green energy

7. Model Village / Township

Science Quiz aims to inculcate in the minds of young students a spirit of scientific enquiry and analytical thinking to provide a platform to the budding scientists for exchanging thoughts and to nurture a feeling of national integration among young talents from every corner of the state.

Guidelines for students for Quiz:

Maximum 2 Teams from one school are allowed

Team must consist of three students (same or different class may be)

There will be a screening round for all team, if required
