個室予約方法

MAICOには、就職活動のためのオンライン面接や、個人やグループの学習に利用できる個室があります。

利用を希望される方は、上記の予約サイトボタンから事前に予約してください（本学アカウントでログオンする必要があります）。

【注意事項】

• 使用希望時間の枠を選択し、「学籍番号・氏名・使用用途」を入力してください。予約可能な時間は、1日2時間までとします。

• 予約できるのは1カ月先までです。

• 使用するときは、カウンターのスタッフに学生証を提示してください。

• 延長希望者は、予約サイトで追加予約できます。※サイトは2026年度秋学期よりリニューアルしました。

How to Reserve a Private Room

MAICO has private rooms that you can use for online job interviews and for individual or group study.

To use a room, please make a reservation in advance from the button above. You will need to sign in with your university account.

Please note

• Select the time slot you want, then enter your student ID, name, and purpose.

• You can reserve up to 2 hours in total per day.

• You can make a reservation up to one month in advance.

• Show your student ID to the staff at the counter when you use the room.

• If you need more time, you can add an extra hour from the reservation site after your session has started.
