1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it, provided the item meets the following conditions:
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The product is not a final sale or non-returnable item (such as perishable goods or customized items).
You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

2. Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, we are happy to exchange it for the same product. To process an exchange, please provide:
A clear photo of the damaged or defective product.
Your order number.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to request an exchange.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that:
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the product is found to be used or not in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
