Our team is committed to transforming the future of crop improvement. By integrating cutting-edge Genomics and Bioinformatics, we are streamlining the plant breeding process—from high-throughput genome sequencing to advanced association analysis.
We provide the tools and expertise to identify key genetic traits, develop precise molecular markers, and implement Marker Assisted Selection (MAS). Our mission is to empower breeders with data-driven insights, ensuring the development of resilient, high-quality plant varieties that meet the challenges of modern agriculture

Our laboratory has maintained a continuous research collaboration on mango with the Pak Chong Research Station, Department of Horticulture, Faculty of Agriculture, Kasetsart University. Our research findings have been presented at various international conferences. Furthermore, we co-authored the chapter "Molecular Mapping and Breeding in Mango" in the book The Mango Genome, part of the Compendium of Plant Genomes series (ISBN-10: 3030478319), published by Springer (2021).
We used genomics, bioinformatics, image analysis, and phenotyping techniques to study tomato variegation occurred from our mutation breeding program. It was published in BMC Plant Biology entitled "Mutation mapping of a variegated EMS tomato reveals an FtsH-like protein precursor potentially causing patches of four phenotype classes in the leaves with distinctive internal morphology".
