Facilitate and/or participate in the development and review of curricula

Embed current technologies in curriculum and instruction development working with students, teachers, and staff
Partner with teachers in job-embedded, volitional, and confidential professional development guided by coaching cycles
Serve as a resource to engage teachers, administrators, and staff in developing their use of various strategies that support differentiated teaching and learning for all
Collaborate with colleagues to implement data-informed improvements in learning and instruction
Foster professional learning networks among colleagues to support sharing best practices
Grow our own learning through professional development, conferences and professional learning networks
Plan and provide professional development to grow the capacity for learning in our students, teachers, and staff
Communicate district initiatives and other work by planning and presenting to stakeholders
Maintain consistent communication and messaging around decisions and initiatives
