Just as school buildings have a single point of entry, so too does accessing district learning apps.  To ease the challenge of logging in to personal accounts from home, resources are available through the single sign-on portal Clever.  Students can easily access IXL once signed-on to Clever.  To learn more about logging your child in from home, check out https://bit.ly/44ET0gf .

Ken-Ton has partnered with with IXL Learning to provide students with personalized practice in mathematics.  IXL is an online program that builds fluency and confidence with essential math skills through fun and interactive questions and built-in support. IXL encourages students to own their learning, embrace challenges, and build skills and confidence that lasts.  Students can complete teacher assigned skills or practice recommended skills generated by IXL’s diagnostic and adaptive software.  

The IXL website and mobile app interfaces vary slightly.  The mobile app offers several enhanced features including a simplified interface, handwriting recognition, a student scratch pad, and SmartScore progress bar.  Tabs are located at the bottom of the screen.   Please check with your child’s teacher regarding how he or she plans to implement IXL.
