I hold a Ph.D. in General Psychology from Tehran Science and Research University (2016) and an M.A. in General Psychology from Imam Khomeini International University (2010). My research primarily focuses on anxiety disorders and related conditions, shaped by my long-standing engagement with the psychological challenges of life in the Middle East.

With over 16 years of teaching experience, I currently serve as Director of the Counseling Center and Lecturer in the Department of Nursing at Kurdistan Technical Institute, a private institution under the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. I was also co-founder of the Consulting and Psychological Services Center at the University of Garmian (2014).

My academic and professional expertise includes psychological instruction, clinical practice, research supervision, conference organization, and the development of innovative mental health services.
