I am a PhD scholar of Public Finance in Sulaimani University and I’ve granted Master in Economics from Tehran University in 2016, In 2013 I obtained a bachelor's degree in economy from Sulaimani University. I graduated from Al Jazeera and Press_Now Institute for Journalism and Media, I have been engaged in academic work, research and teaching for five years, however, I have 15 years of experience in journalism. I am currently a teacher at the Kurdistan Technical Institute and the supervisor of the economic disc of Kurdsat Broadcasting Corporation.

I have worked as an advisor on several economic and financial issues in the office of the Deputy Prime Minister. In the past, I have conducted several researches, especially on the relationship of oil revenues, finance and banking, on economic growth, the impact of culture on economic growth, fiscal policy and the impact on poverty, the impact of the currency on the economic growth of Iraq, the impact of the coronavirus on the tourism sector in Sulaimani.
