The Vice-Chancellor is Professor Kehinde Imisi Temitope ENIOLA.
Prof. Eniola, 53, is a Professor of Environmental and Public Health Microbiology. He started his academic career in 1997 at the Department of Biological Sciences, University of Ilorin. He joined the services of Joseph Ayo Babalola University as a Senior Lecturer on 1st April, 2008 and rose steadily to the rank of full professor on 1st April 2014. Since his appointment in JABU, he has been involved in innovative teaching and research.

Dr Suleiman Hassan Otuoze is the Director of Physical Planning and Development. He is a Civil Engineer with two PhD degrees; one in Highway Pavement System Material Engineering and another in Railway system and critical urban transport infrastructure.
Dr Suleiman started his career at his alma-mater's university where he was employed as Assistant Lecturer in 2007. He rose through the rungs of his career ladder to the enviable position of Associate Professor in 2022.
Dr Hassan is registered with several professional bodies including Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), Institution of Civil Engineering ICE (United Kingdom), Railway Civil Engineers (United Kingdom) and Institute of Transportation Engineers (United States of America), among others.
