When and where can I sit in on a standard P&C meeting?

We meet on the Tuesday of week 3 and week 8, during school terms. Meetings are held 7pm-9pm, just show up at the front office and you will be directed to a meeting room.

What can I put on the Agenda for a P&C meeting?

A P&C meeting is not the forum for specific issues relating to an individual child or staff member. These are best to be discussed with your Teacher, Executive Teacher, Deputy Principal or Principal.

Any issues of a general nature relating to the school, for example shade or equipment in the playground, can be placed on the Agenda for discussion. You can email contact@ksspandc.org to add discussion points to the Agenda.
