Mentor Reddy was born out of necessity - not theory. Founded by Kenyanda Reddy, a mother, educator, and community builder who refused to accept the status quo for the children and families of Barstow, California.
"If the system isn't working, we build a new system inside the system - a system that enhances the system and forces it to work FOR us, not against us."
Through K.S. Reddy Management and the Community Development Association (CDA), a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Kenyanda created Mentor Reddy to be MORE than a program. It is a movement. A framework. A new standard.
THE RU REDDY FRAMEWORK is the value system that anchors every program, every parent, every child, and every volunteer who carries the REDDY name:
R - Responsibility: Own your role. Your child's education starts at HOME.
U - Unity: We build together or not at all.
R - Resilience: We push through and we rise.
E - Engagement: Show up. Be present. Be counted.
D - Discipline: Structure creates freedom.
D - Dedication: This is not seasonal. This is a lifestyle.
Y - Yielding Results: Everything we do produces measurable outcomes.
This is not a slogan. This is how we live. This is the standard. Are YOU Reddy?

OUR FOUNDER
Kenyanda Reddy is not just a founder - she is a builder. A mother. An educator. A community warrior. She saw a broken system and instead of complaining, she built something better.
Through K.S. Reddy Management, she created the Mentor Reddy program and the Community Development Association (CDA) to serve the children and families of Barstow, California - and eventually, the world.
Her work spans multi-state nonprofit leadership, program design, youth development, and community empowerment. She didn't wait for permission. She got to work.
"Bet on you!"
