PowerScheduler Workshops Registrations Open!

KSPSUG once again will be hosting three PowerScheduler workshops.  A Load Only Scheduling Workshop, and 2 - Prepare to Build Scheduling Workshops.  We are pleased to have Greg Satterwhite from Boston to put on these workshops once again.  Greg has much expertise with PowerScheduler, presenting all over the United States and abroad.   Depending on the type of scheduling your district will be doing, we are offering two different types of workshops to meet your needs.  Each workshop is limited to 30 people.  You only need to register for one of the workshops.  Below is more information about the workshops and links to register.

Prepare to Build Scheduling Workshop – This is a two-day workshop.  Schools who want to build from scratch a new master schedule for the upcoming year will want to attend this workshop.  Greg will go through all the steps necessary to prepare to build your schedule.  There are many steps to building a schedule and he will give you the steps and tools to prepare for building a new schedule.  After completing this workshop you will want to sign up for the Building a Master Schedule workshop in April at the Spring Conferences.  Choose one option below.

PowerScheduler Load Only Scheduling Workshop - This is a one-day workshop for counselors, principals, secretaries, and technology staff who are tasked with setting the schedule for the next school year.  You are currently happy with your schedule and want to use it for next year with a few minor changes.  You will be loading your current school schedule into PowerScheduler for the new school year.  This workshop will cover the steps necessary to set up PowerScheduler, copy a schedule, and then cover the steps to enter requests to be loaded and validated.
