Build A Master Schedule Workshop:

This is a three-day workshop for counselors, principals, secretaries who will be building a new schedule for the new school year. You should have attended the Prepare to Build Scheduling Workshop in January or previously attended a workshop. You should have completed all the steps outlined in that workshop before attending the Build A Master Schedule Workshop. During this workshop you will actually go through the process of building your schedule. Greg Satterwhite will be available to help you with the process of building a Master Schedule and how to make changes to improve your schedule. Due to Covid-19 this workshop will be held virtually. There are 2 options for you to choose from:


Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, April 7, 8, 9, 2021 FULL

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, April 19, 20, 22, 2021

April Learning Opportunities

In April, Central States will be offering a remote learning opportunity each Thursday. We will provide a different topic each Thursday. This will be 5 different topics for you to learn more about PowerSchool. Each topic will last 1-1/2 hours and be offered either at 9:00 am or 1:00 pm. Topics we are looking to offer are the following and not necessarily in this order:

  • CRDC - Preparing for 2022

  • End of Year

  • Importing/Exporting

  • Contact Consolidation

  • Updates in new 21.4 release

The fee is $50.00 which includes all sessions. You can choose to attend 1 or all 5 Thursday zooms.
