After acceptance, register early by 6/17
You receive:
Reduced Registration Fee: $0 students, $50 postdocs, $100 professionals
3 nights of lodging at Hyatt Regency DFW (Wed/Thu/Fri nights, with roommate)
Up to $400 travel support, based on distance
Friday networking dinner
Presenter discounts and financial support
Giving a presentation at UKC FIRE via Focus Group Talk, Career Flash Talk, Panel Discussion, or Poster presentation, enables a $100 registration fee discount, 3 nights (Wed, Thurs, Fri nights) of hotel lodging with a roommate, travel support, and Friday networking dinner. You may choose not to present and still attend with none of these benefits.
There are a limited number discounts/lodging/travel/meal support available, which will be given to the highest quality presenter applications.
Your FIRE presenter application must be accepted to receive the discount/lodging. You will be notified of the result in the application decision notification on May 22. After acceptance, you will confirm your attendance by registering for the conference.
Friday networking dinner is a Korean boxed style meal (Dosirak, $25 for non-presenters).
