This page will help you get access to all of KSD's technology resources. Please scroll through the entire page to get your accounts set up, or use the Table of Contents if you need a specific resource.

Microsoft / Windows PC Login
You should have received an email titled "Kearney School District Technology Logins". That email will contain your username, email address, and your temporary password.
Visit the Microsoft account site.
Enter your Email Address as listed in your Technology Logins email.
Enter your temporary Password as listed in your Technology Logins email.
Once logged in, you will see a screen like the one shown at the right (shown below on mobile). Enter the Temporary Password from your Technology Logins email as your Current password.
Choose a new password to enter in the New password and Confirm password boxes. Your password must be 15 characters long.
Click Sign in.
Close out of the Microsoft account tab because we use Google for email, calendar, and document collaboration. We do not use any other apps from the Microsoft 365 platform.
To login to a Windows PC or to KSD-USERS wifi, you will enter only your username (the part before @ksdr1.net) along with the password you just now set up.

Email Account / Google Workspace
KSD uses Google Workspace for email, calendar, and document collaboration. The passwords for Google and Microsoft are synced together. Once your password at Microsoft has been set, within approximately 2 minutes, your Google Workspace password will be set to the same password.
Visit gmail.com
Login with your Email Address as listed in your Technology Logins email.
Login with the new password you set up in the previous section.
Two-Step Verification is required for all staff accounts. If you are not prompted to enroll when you first sign in, click here.
Two-Step Verification enrollment must be completed within 14 days of the day you received your Technology Logins email. If that time has passed, see the section Where to Get Help and submit a guest ticket.

Please note: your access to access the above apps may not be set up when you originally receive your Technology Logins email. Access for Fall new hires may not work until approximately July 1.
All Frontline apps use your Google account to sign in. Click here to login.
To login on the Frontline mobile app, you must tap "Or Sign In with Organization SSO" TWICE. Then enter your email, then tap Look up organization sign in page. Continue the process to sign in with your @ksdr1.net account.
