Art therapy is a fun and effective way for students to strengthen skills related to their social, emotional, and behavioral needs. We will use art-based activities to work toward skills relating to: communicating respectfully, building resilience, coping with adversity, learning to relax, overcoming anxiety, building self-esteem, expressing emotions honestly, expanding comfort zones, making friends, building hope, practicing gratitude, and processing difficult life events.

Participating in psychoeducational groups is an effective way for students to strengthen sills related to their social, emotional, and behavioral needs while also learning to work in a respectful and supportive environment with peers. We will use group-based activities to work towards skills relating to: communicating respectfully, building resilience, coping with stressful situations, learning to relax, overcoming anxiety, building self-esteem, expressing emotions honestly, expanding comfort zones , making friends and processing difficult life events. 

Fun, educational, and therapeutic groups aimed at enhancing existing levels of understanding of the risks associated with substance use and the benefits of maintaining a healthy, substance free, lifestyle. Great emphasis is placed on interpersonal processes, addressing stressors which could result in substance use, and building resiliency factors. Safe, supportive, goal-oriented space to share success stories, progress, challenges and hopes moving forward.
