Recommendations and References: Supportive testimonials from teachers, coaches, administrators, or community leaders who can attest to the nominee's qualifications and achievements.

Five Years since Graduation: a minimum number of years since graduation to ensure the impact and lasting influence of the nominee's accomplishments.
