Parent & Student Assessment Information

HPK Assessments

The Assessments will last approximately 30 minutes and will require a perfect score for successful completion. Please turn on your audio as the trainings do have sound. 

IMPORTANT:

• For confirmation of completion for the training, we recommend that you click on the "Print or get PDF of answers" button.  You will have the option to save your answers as a PDF and/or print a physical copy of your response.

• Do NOT use mobile devices.  Please use a computer to complete the trainings.  We have had many users have informed us that they are unable to complete the trainings on their mobile devices.

• The best computer browser to use for the Assessments is Firefox, Google Chrome, or Safari.  Please be sure that your web browser is updated.
