Mahalo to you and your family for your continued commitment to your child’s education while dealing with all facets of the COVID-19 global pandemic. We appreciate your cooperation and patience while we worked to implement our Distance Learning Program as a way to protect the health and safety of our students, families, staff and the community.

We understand these are unsettling times for everyone especially for families facing a variety of challenges including loss of employment and benefits. To that end, we have received questions from families concerned about their ability to make timely payments toward tuition and other school financial obligations.

While we encourage families to continue to make payments, we would like to help ease the burden currently facing some families by taking the following actions:

• We will be deferring outstanding account balances, and payments will not be due until June 25, 2020 – the end of the school year. In the meantime, families may continue to receive monthly invoices from FACTS.

• We will be waiving late fees during this time.

• Transportation and boarding services will not be charged for the remainder of the school year and refunds will be provided for those who prepaid.
  

Our campuses already have processes in place for families experiencing unexpected financial hardships to seek additional assistance. If you have financial need, we encourage you to contact your respective Campus Fiscal Administrator’s office for more information (contact info below). We also strongly suggest that you apply for financial aid for next school year, if you haven’t already done so.

We are committed to assisting families as best we can and appreciate your patience and partnership as we work together toward fulfilling Pauahi’s educational vision.
