The marketplace is located in the old Pearson Hotel (located at 28 N. Miami Street, SR 48) in the center of downtown West Milton. The Kroplin building is locally-owned and currently supports products from over 35 local businesses.

This former landmark hotel building has five large restored rooms (formerly the lobby, dining room, kitchen, pool room and barber shop) with large windows, commercial lighting, public restrooms, outdoor courtyard, street parking in front, and a dedicated parking lot in back.
